On a stormy winter night, billionaire Youssef Al-Mahdi, owner of the luxurious Zenith Health Club, was found dead inside the VIP sauna room. The body was discovered at 21:45 by the club manager and a security guard. The forensic report estimates the time of death between 21:10 and 21:30 due to hyperthermia and asphyxiation, after the victim suffered a blow to the head that knocked him unconscious. The glass sauna door had been jammed from the outside with a wooden stick to prevent it from being opened from the inside. The club was nearly empty at the time, with only 6 people scattered across its various facilities.

The indoor pool gate opens via an iris scanner, which requires the person to look precisely into the lens. The log shows a failed eye scan for one person 3 consecutive times at 21:15, forcing them to enter their passcode to get in. There is no other activity on the gate.
